The floors appeared unclean and as though they hadn’t been mopped recently, which is concerning in an environment with sick children. The baseboards looked worn and dirty, and the space overall felt dusty. With a little more attention to cleanliness and upkeep, this place could better reflect the high quality of care the staff provides.
