  Awful. Scheduled an appointment. Sit in the lobby for an hour after scheduled appointment. Then sit in a room for 40 mins. Mind you, there was only one other person there. No excuse for that. No idea why “medical professionals” can NEVER respect people’s time. Probably in the back making TikTok’s. Yet if you’re 10 mins late they cancel your appointment and still charge you for it. Ya’ll should be embarrassed.

  Everyone was very nice, but I think more training is necessary with navigating the checkin/ charting system. A clinical skills review and practice time would also be helpful for support staff.

  Sam and Misty and Kennedy did a wonderful job taking care of my 8 year old!! We are very pleased with our visit

  They rejected my driver multiple times even though the drug screen was scheduled regularly. Very complicated to schedule online! No one answers the phone to help and assist. Not recommended
