  I was seeing Laurie Love about 3yrs ago and for the most part things were going really well until (supposedly) her boss Kevin Shute wanted to focus on my weight and was told that if I didn't lose atleast 3 or more pounds in 30 days that it would terminate my pain contract with them...I'm not FAT I'm just a little thick and things were going really well until this and Laurie wasn't the one to tell me this she had her nurse to relay this message to me! I've never been so humiliated in my life so I went back once or twice more then I got totally fed up and found another pain dr which I absolutely adore...I wouldn't recommend this clinic or two providers to anyone....keep looking because you can do way better than them!! Good Luck

  This clinic and drs suck and are really awful They do not know what they’re doing and frankly they don’t care . It’s all about them, M$ney , and what they say goes ! Forget the patient having any say so over their “OwN” body. ! A waste of time, gas , or money !!!!!!!!!! I’m gone away from there and luckily have found a great set of caring considerate friends in the staff I wish the same for my mother, I still have friends and my mother that still has to go there unfortunately!!! I’m sorry for those up in age that can’t drive or get to a better dr on count of their age. I’ve heard the stories And I know them to be true all to well

  I've been on hold for almost 40 minutes. Ieven called the Lexington office and was on hold for 30 minutes till I just gave up !!! SMH I then called Thomasville and I was on the phone for another 45 minutes. They finally answered the phone and they told me they were having computer problems so she had to reboot the system but I would think if no phone calls are coming in or something you would notice it right away I am so not impressed with this and it's not the first time this has happened !!! I'm so mad right now !!! As for Lori she is a amazing !!! She's very nice she's very knowledgeable she pays attention to all the details and she jumps on everything that needs to be done immediately.
