Heather Yates -Davis is an exceptional PA. She really listens to your concerns and make you feel apart of your health journey. She is a wonderful person. You feel right at home when you enter the building. You can laugh and cut up with everyone.

They "see" you and they "hear" you. You aren't just a patient number, file number, case number. You matter. No better group to help you from the front door greetings through your entire visit. They lift your spirits while mending your body.

The Dr's are the Best Dr's you will find! That being said the issue is You will Never See One ! They have so many patients, you cant call and get in to see them when you are sick!! If you go to the hospital and need a follow up ...that will not happen either my husband and myself have tried 2 times and they have had to schedule it a month out, and my husband had a ecg issue. We have a 0 co pay at our primary, a 65$ copay at the urgent care and 150$ at the er! We end up at urgent care most of the time! We live on a fixed income We are older and cant afford to go to the urgent care or hospital! But we have no choice because EVERY time we get sick our primary dr is triple booked and cant fit us in!! How much money does a office need to make ? If they just stopped taking new patients and cared for the ones they have then we could have EXELLENT CARE !! The drs at the practice are really amazing!! They are the absolute BEST!! It is just too bad you cant get in to see them. As a primary care you want them to take care of all of your health care in one place! Unfortunately they know very little about you because they cant see you but 1 time a year or may be 2 times if your lucky! And that is so sad because we love our drs there ! We just need to see them when we are sick! If any one knows of a office that can see patients when they are sick like within 24 to 48 hrs we would love that, that is perfectly understandable we understand busy!! But a week to 2 weeks out is not acceptable we will be healed up or dead by then! Today my husband is having chest pains so off to the hospital we go because the dr cant see us until the 9th of Jan A hospital follow up !! Do Better guys !! Yall are awesome! Just your system is failing you !!

I’ve been here many times and had a great experience, yesterday not so much. Bernard at the desk was very put out that people actually walked in, tried his best to get them to leave. He was talking very loudly to the people in the back with him and said “well we thought we’d get lucky today but here comes a Workmen’s Comp. and an ear infection and another walk-in! So goes our afternoon”! Saw the doctor finally after an hour, which is understandable for a walk-in. The doctor personally asked me which pharmacy I needed my prescription Sent to and I left there at 4 PM. My husband waited at CVS for over an hour until they closed and no prescription! When I called again this morning was blessed to get Bernard to answer the phone. He was quite rude, did not apologize and told me that it was at my Pharmacy! I told him that my pharmacy was closed, which he should know and he assured me that he would send it to CVS and that they were open now! Guess what they don’t open for a few more hours. I spoke to him of my disappointment and he basically shut me down and was very rude about it! He said “look it’s sent now what else do you want me to do “

I would like to say that the physician that I see there is absolutely amazing. I love her to death. She has made me feel safe and welcomed. I also want to add the receptionist Donna was so helpful when I had family in the hospital and needed to reschedule. She was so kind to me. 💕
