  I love Planet Fitness, I go there almost DAILY for a year. ! I like all the workers, they are all friendly, nice and polite.The place Is very clean! I didn’t have a problem with PF at all until about 4-5 days ago they took the yellow room which was fine but the took the abdominal machine out, It’s gone! That day I went to go to the yellow room, I didn’t none of the exercise machines, I was literally DEVASTATED! So I thought they might of put them In the first room, I go there, It’s not there! Needless to say, I went up to the front desk to ask where It was? They told me all the other machines was In the main back of the big room but they took the abdominal machine out and the leg exercise out which I didn’t personally use the leg machine but when I’d be doing the abdominal exercise they’d be several people use that machine only! They’d come In the yellow rm just to use that exercise. Now all the machines are bunched together! I do not like this set up at all! I’ve came for a whole year almost every single day, If I didn’t do no exercises at all that day, I was loyal to the abdominal machine, the bicycle 3-5 miles and stair master 1000 steps. I lost all my belly on the abdominal machine. I couldn’t even fit In my jeans Sz 16 btw now I’m In Sz 8’s, I weighted 218 lbs now I’m 165 lbs today! I know PF has other abdominal exercises/sit-up machines but they are not like the abdominal exercise machine In the yellow room tho! I absolutely loved that exercise machine. I almost had tears coming out my eyes that day. So, everyday I’ve been there I’ve stopped to look to see how many people was In the new yellow w/ the big weights, 1 person was but that person wasn’t In there long! So, when I left that day, I asked the manager was PF going to get that machine back! He said no! I already bought a 4 In 1 exercise machine on TT shop, I’ve been using It daily after I’d come from the gym. Now I’ve went to 2 other gyms to do a tour! U know I have the Black Card at PF, I don’t complain or cause any problems why I’m there. I don’t complain about paying my membership monthly, I would stay there IF the ABDOMINAL EXERCISE MACHINE was still there but I’m thinking about switching to another gym a few miles away just because of the yellow rm Is gone which that’s really not the problem because the exercise machines are In the bigger rm, the problem Is they took the ABDOMINAL MACHINE AWAY! Are you serious? What I don’t understand Is? Why couldn’t PF put the big weights where they put all of the other yellow exercises are now? Why take out the 2 favorite machines everyone liked for? A lot of people can’t use the other sit up machine that you bend your elbows especially the older people because they say, “ It hurts their backs”! I will say I’m 42, It does hurt my back too that’s why I stopped using that particular ab exercise machine. So, PF GAGGED me the day I walked In finding out the abdominal machine that was In the yellow room was gone! I’m also thinking about buying a couple more of exercises (I done have a 4 In 1 machine) to add to my garage since It’s really empty! I have my daughter 16 foot Tumbling mat In there but It needs to be taken out! I also posted pics of before and after I’ve lost all of my weight. I also posted pics of the abdominal machine I’m talking about that Is gone now! I would post all of my videos that I done DAILY of me using that exact abdominal machine but some reason It wouldn’t let me post videos for some reason. That’s why I gave PF 1 star because the abdominal machine Is gone! Hell that was my FAVORITE exercise machine! If I was LOYAL to 1 exercise machine, It was that abdominal machine I’d do that machine daily! I’d like to know what they are going to do with all of those abdominal exercise machines, I’d be willing to buy one from them. We’ve called Salisbury NC, Thomasville NC, to see If they had that exact abdominal machine because I’d drove the extra mileage just to use that abdominal exercises machine but unfortunately the machine Is longer available at neither place.   Very large location with plenty of equipment for everyone to use without having to wait for any machines to open. The bike machines are brand new. Clean showers and kind staff members.

  Don't expect a hot shower here cuz you can't get one... the shower knob is locked in at very slightly warm and can't turn to get hot water... very disappointed 😞
