- MSMeredith SainOct 9, 20255.0I have been in desperate need of a new PCP for almost 2 years. I had my first appointment a week ago with Kristi Gailey (PA). Considering the health scares I have had over the past year and not feeling confident with the care I was receiving with my previous PCP I can’t express how pleased I am with Kristi Gailey. Not only did she throughly go through my medical history, she listened and made me feel heard. She stays on top of her patients and their needs. This is top tier medical care!

I was told by a woman at the front desk I was able to come back and see a different provider as my provider left. I call and try to make an appointment to get a simple check up since I was told I have a new provider and I get put through to the manager who tells me I’m considered a new patient and they are not taking new patients because they are short providers. I’m not exactly sure how I can be told I’m seeing a new provider and all of a sudden I’m not a patient anymore. No wonder they can’t find a provider and only have a 3.5 star rating. Find somewhere else for reliable medical care instead of this place.

They had a few questions and forms to sign and I was called back within 15 minutes. I saw Dr. Rajan. She was so sweet & took her time to actually listen to me. I'm glad I changed my primary doctor to Lexington Family Physicians. The staff take the time to listen to you and show that they really care about your well being. 5 Stars from me!!
