  Dr. Ruperto is very thorough and very careful to get the medication right. It has taken awhile but my son's results are positive. I feel we finally got something right after 2 years of exhaustively searching for help. We travel a long way to get to Dr. Ruperto but it is worth it.

  Horrible! Was 2 mins late on a 10 mins grace, which was the time it took me to get the baby out the car and the lady at the desk was rude and said we had to come back another day. I understand they have appointments every HOUR but 2 mins? I drug 2 kids out of school and and infant and now have to do this all over again! We are normally in there less than 20 mins… there was plenty of time left til next appointment. Most times we have to wait past our time on the DR… seems from the other reviews this is not the place to go.

  The scheduling at this office has been a nightmare when it came to my daughter’s new patient appointment, to which it was rescheduled 3 times. The first appointment was scheduled incorrectly, the second had to be rescheduled because the provider was going to be out of the office, and the day prior to her first appointment that we have been waiting for since 11/27/23 we were told the provider will not be in the office and they’re not sure of when the provider will return. We’re now having to wait until 2/1/24 for a new patient appointment in the Winston Salem office. With this many inconsistencies I’d say this worked out in our favor to avoid this location but given the fragile state of my daughters mental health I’m very upset with the scheduling of this facilities office and the inconveniences they have caused us.

  My sons app. Was scheduled for 10am on 8-2-2017, I arrived at 9:45am, I was very unpleasantly told, before this lady even asked who we were her exact words, well your 30min. Late your just gona have to reschedule your app. You have over 30min. Of paper work mind you I had a thick envelope with questions that were mailed to me to have completed at time of the app. Ok then she asked our name then I told her without even looking she says your 30min. Late and we can't see you until September 2017, now my son has been waiting over a yr. For this app. There was absolutely no one else in the building I traveled 28.4miles one direction just to get there,so I asked if she could at least full my gas form out because I get gas assistance,and this lady wrote that myself was there but unseen due to arriving 30min. Late. First and formost this lady was very rude,I told her i was going to report her,then I get a call from my pediatrician because she faxed them a letter saying I was not seen for this app. Because I was 30min. Late ok once again the app.was 10am I arrived 9:45am had completed paperwork in hand no-one else even in the building if my app. Is 10am how was I late? And since when can u not take the paperwork back with you I also had all copies original Copys from every Dr, Practice we've been using in the last couple years, I say in front of the entrance as soon as I got in this lady walks out around the building I do know I say there for at least another 30 min do to my car overheating and she still had not returned. I really feel myself and my child were treated very unpleasantly and just getting my son to leave his room is a big time challenge all in its self and thanks to this older lady now we both have to go through this once again.
