  I was looking for a new dental office and decided to try this place for a routine exam and cleaning. The office looks nice and the staff friendly, but that’s honestly where it ends.The hygienist, Leslie, was rude and came across as cold and dismissive from the start. There was no effort to be welcoming or make me feel comfortable, which already set a bad tone for the visit. On top of that, the cleaning itself was terrible. It lasted maybe 20 minutes and felt rushed and careless the entire time. A basic cleaning shouldn’t feel like a quick, half-done job just to move on to the next patient.Dr. Oceaneider was professional, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that the main service I came in for was poorly done.Definitely not coming back.

  We've been to Smith Family Dentistry several times in the last year or so and we love them. The staff is so kind and the dentist my kids see is always so gentle with them. He makes them laugh too. Much better than our previous dentist's office.

  Best dental experience i have ever had. Staff is great and Dr. Ochenrider is a true caring dentist, listens & goes that extra mile.. I feel like a real person here & not a number... thanks for your dedication to your patients !!

  Dr Oceanrider is a caring dentist. His cheerful yet calm demeanor put me at ease right away. I am happy with my care there and would recommend that practice without hesitation. 😁🤩
