  Just want to say first that the doctors are very good here. Problem is with billing. I think they are running a scam. I was told by the receptionist that my portion of the bill after copay and insurance would be $1200. That is what I payed. Then I received a bill for $850 from them. Exactly what the EOB said was the most they could charge me. I have called on 4 different occasions, The customer service reps all have said Novant health owes me money. I am still getting emails for the bill. I wonder how many people they have done this to and are keeping the extra money. I will no longer pay anything up front except for my copay.
