  Doctors and nurses are very cordial, they know how to listen when I address my concerns. My kids always get the right treatment. Always a good experience!

  Confused because 3 of my 4 children are patients. I called to get my 4th transitioned over (she’s 3) but was told I would have to stop by and complete new patient paperwork before even scheduling. Mind you I just did the same thing with my second child a few months ago and had to do no such thing. They would not even email me the paperwork which that I can understand but having to go there fill in paperwork before they can even schedule? Isn’t life chaotic enough without having to make an extra trip to do something that can be done online or at the first appointment? Will just go back to original primary office in Wilmington with all 4 kids.

  We all know that Wilmington traffic is not fun or ideal. When I called to schedule a new patient appointment for my child, the receptionist informed me that before an appointment could be scheduled, I would have to complete new patient paperwork. I thought, “No problem.” I asked her if the website had the paperwork that I may print out and complete. She indicated that the website has old forms that I can’t use, so I would have to come in and get the new forms. When I explained that I would have to drive over an hour roundtrip for just forms and could the forms be scanned to me, she said it was against the practice’s policy to scan the forms they required. It’s 2025, and this business practice is terribly inefficient in my opinion. If you are a working parent that does not have time for nonsense that could be avoided with simple uses of modern technology, avoid this office (in my opinion).

  I’ve taken my kids here since 2014 so we’ve seen drs come and go a LOT. They were patients of Dr Nudleman for the past couple of years, and he hasn’t been my favorite. His bedside manner is a little off and I don’t feel like he listened to some concerns I have. We were in today for a checkup and we got the newest Dr/practitioner (I think his name was Travis) and it was the best experience. He was very informative, talked to my kids, asked them questions, listened to my concerns etc. I really hope he stays! I also noticed that the waiting room has been changed around since we seen it last and it was super clean and looked really nice. The office staff and nurse were really friendly and it was just an overall positive experience.
