I especially noticed how respectful he was of my personal space. I truly hope I get him on my future appointments. Keep up the great work, because we passengers may sometimes be in pain but we are acutely aware of skilled drivers when we come across one. 👏🏽⭐️👏🏽👍🏽
- RDRegina DavisSep 26, 20241.09/26/2014 Plate number ZS-6646. I cannot tell if they were driving for the elderly or if they were driving for NASCAR as fast as this driver was going. On Highway 64, this driver was doing about an 80 and a 65. And then, when I saw him again on Winstead Avenue, he was doing 60 and a 45. You could physically see him jolting the passenger back and forth as he was pressing on the brakes and going. This type of driving is unacceptable, and if you value the life of your elderly Parents or grandparents, I will not use this company. I also reported them to the nursing home on Hunter Hill Road. Please add dash cameras to your vehicles to monitor your drivers.

To make matters worse, I forgot important medication on the van when we returned home. The driver was prompt and reassuring when taking us and when returning us home. He delivered the medications in person after his shift was over. I cannot say enough good about our experience with both the service and the driver.

We went through several arrival changes after she was asked to leave her plane for refusing to put on her seatbelt. H2Go was incredibly patient over the course of the day, including setting up three different pickup times, one at 1 am. She never did make it up here so we are using ground transport instead, but wanted to share my appreciation of H2Go folks!
