  Ashley holder and her nurse Mrs Lisa are the absolute best there so caring and take time to listen to you I use to hate going to the dr but with them its a pleasure I look forward too seeing them best dr and nurse ive ever had love you guys......

  My wife and I recently moved here from NJ and we needed to establish a Dr. for both of us. I made an appointment at Novant Health in King with Dr. Sarah Jones. This medical facility is hands down the best one we have ever been to. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Dr. Jones made us both feel very comfortable and she was very attentive to our questions and concerns. I feel like we hit the jackpot choosing Novant Health and getting Dr. Sarah Jones as our Dr. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

  I called to make an appointment and was told since I left here previously to go to atrium I couldn't come back to see any of their doctors until I was approved by the administrators....even though the reason I left was to follow my doctor that worked there that i had been with for years and knew my history and now she has retired im not allowed to come back until approved?? Since when do sick people have to be approved to see a doctor because the business doesnt like another doctor that I had.... that cant be a novant thing it has to be personal....I didnt do anything to them...I even gave a notice I was leaving...I didnt just walk out....

  One of the ladies at the front desk of the lower level is extremely rude and careless. I had a DoorDash delivery to this location, and after not being able to get in touch with the customer to complete the delivery, I was penalized. I expressed that lateness can affect my job, but the lady upfront didn’t even flinch. She just continued typing on her computer with the most nonchalant look on her face. I felt so sorry for all of the mothers in the waiting room who were probably hoping to feel seen, cared for, and appreciated. If you’re looking for caring, compassionate people, this isn’t the place to go.
