  Very nice experience! I've never been to a lab outside of my normal doctor's office until this morning. I made an appointment online yesterday for this morning (use the online method instead of the phone method, it's much easier!). I was nervous because of the reviews but it was clean, the lady that drew my blood was very friendly and it went quickly. I was in and out in 6 minutes. When you see the Urgent Care, go around the back of the building and enter through the lower entrance (as a previous reviewer mentioned) and follow the signs for Quest Diagnostics.

  I really dread going there. There was only one woman working when I went last time. She was combative and out of line. If her manager had seen her behavior she would've been fired on the spot. I pray she doesnt work there anymore.

  Went for a H. pylori breath test ordered by doctor. Office was out of supplies needed to do test. Okay..so after a little persuasion employee tried to call offices in area to see if anyone else had it. Unfortunately they did not have any valid phone phone numbers to call anyone. Another employee chimed in and promised that they would get a hold of the test and contact me by the end of the week. That was Wednesday, today is Friday right before lunch and there has been no call. I would have appreciated even a phone call to tell me which office did have the test. I tried calling the office but it’s all automated, so I guess I’m not getting test done.
