  Billing process stinks.Novant bills this service for out patients hospital bill, not as a doctor's visit. We been paying our co pay every visit. They billed us $270. Dollars each visit minus our copay. Novant is the biggest scammer around. You'll don't want to know what the total scam bill is. A good attorney looks good here! Latest update $20. Copay for office visits and same visit another bill sent for same visit as out patient hospital bill at $295. a pop. 8 visits $20, copay with follow up bill of $295. each visit. I must have screw you on my forhead! Right now $2000 is in collections! Good lawyer looks good for both parties of the scammers at Novant! These were $20. Copay specialists visit paid, and then mail extra billing outpatient hospital without discussing with us.

  No problem with staff,but same thing happened to me that happened to other reviewer..All visits billed as surgeries for picking a little skin and compression wrapping, ended up hitting me up for for over 2000.00 after insurance. It's like going to the hospital every week and paying a specialist fee then getting billed for the rest.I think somebody needs to look into this money racket.

  Update The doctors are good here. Beware they do not follow infectious protocol. I will be making a complaint with the accreditation people called J Co
