  My appointment at Union Cross Family was well worth the wait. Walking into the building is comfortable, clean, and inviting. The receptionist promptly greeted me, and I waited less than 10 minutes before being called back. The meeting with the Primary Care Doctor was pleasant, she was attentive, and she was also easy to talk with. The doctor took her time speaking with me and stayed in the exam room much longer than I remember most doctors spending with me, whether as a new or returning patient. This made me feel like my health mattered to this provider, rather than feeling rushed. Before the doctor left, she examined me, made referrals, and confirmed that I was comfortable with my health plan moving forward. The doctor (Dr. Mishi Jackson), nurse (Ms. Sheila), and all the staff provided an excellent experience, and I look forward to being a patient at Union Cross Family Medicine for many years to come.

  Love this practice. Marissa is a laid back type of person, she explains things the way that you will understand. She takes all the time with you that you need to answer all your questions and if by chance she does not know the answer to a question she finds out for you by asking someone else. Everyone else at the practice are really friendly also. They all go out of their way to make sure you are doing ok from the time you check in to the time you check in. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone.

  I don’t know if I’ve ever come across a physician who cares as much about his patients as Dr. Joe does. From routine check ups to urgent medical needs, this is your guy! He takes his time during each visit and doesn’t make you feel rushed, but instead makes you feel heard and valued as a patient. I’ve been coming to him for several years now, and I will continue to use him as my primary care physician. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

  If you are in need of a doctor this is not the place for you. They reschedule my appointment 3 times at the last minute in less than a week and act like it’s not big deal that I keep going to the hospital and the hospital keeps telling me to go the primary doctor. At first it went from the provider is sick to the provider is on vacation they can’t even remember what they lied about to begin with. If you want a honest doctors office this is not the place for you
