  I have been experiencing severe pain and ongoing symptoms for approximately six months. While I was able to get an appointment quickly, my experience after that point was disappointing. The office repeated several tests that my primary care physician had already conducted, with the same results. Despite this, Dr. KC indicated that he would not be able to provide a diagnosis at that time and instead prescribed medication. I later learned from another physician that I should have had a vision examination prior to starting this medication due to the risk of potential retinal damage. This precaution was not communicated to me. Throughout my care, I consistently updated Dr. KC about worsening symptoms and the severity of my pain, but my concerns did not appear to be fully addressed. I was advised to continue the medication and “see how it goes,” despite the ongoing symptoms and pain. I generally try to give providers the benefit of the doubt and had hoped for a level of care similar to what I’ve received from my primary care physician within the same practice. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on my experience, I would recommend that others consider exploring alternative rheumatology providers if possible, particularly if they are seeking more proactive management of significant pain and evolving symptoms

  Save yourself and go somewhere else! Extremely rude staff, and the doctor, after waiting MONTHS to see him, cancels! They tried to reschedule for two more months from now!?? No APOLOGIES, NO EXCUSES. RUDE! I told them I've been in excruciating pain and suffering....CRICKETS! THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE! GO ELSEWHERE!
