  My name is Katherine Bunting as another name comes up when I sign into Google. In November of 2024 I went to Novant Primary Care where I was referred to Dr.Snow Brenner-Daws because of residual effects from a prior accident. I had seen other doctors but noone would do anything besides medicine. I saw her in December 2024. She came in the room, introduced herself and said I'm going to do surgery. She was in the room tops of 2-3 minutes. She said it would be one surgery and I would be pain-free. The surgery was on my toes and Achilles tendon. SIX SURGERIES LATER I AM LEFT WITH A GAPING HOLE IN MY HEEL AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO WALK ON IT GOING ON A YEAR AND A HALF. I FINALLY "FIRED HER" AND GOT ANOTHER ONE THAT I RESEARCHED AND NOW MY OPTIONS ARE NUMEROUS MORE SURGERIES OR AMPUTATION. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING TO Dr.Snow Daws, DO NOT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RUSHED IN THEN RUSHED OUT, NO COMPASSION, NO EMPATHY OR NASTY DEMEANOR. I WISH I HAD NEVER SEEN HER FACE. SHE HAS RUINED MY PRESENT LIFE. THERE WERE SEVERAL COUNTS OF NEGLIGENCE. AND WHEN I WENT TO AN OFFICE MANAGER THEY WERE NOT EMPATHETIC TOWARDS THE PATIENT. THEY TURNED A BLIND EYE.

  Dr. Brumfield and his staff are the best. My son had an accident and needed emergency surgery and everyone including the hospital team were very good. Kindness and compassion is what we got. My son has autism so it was nice to be treated kindly. It helped him feel safe. Thank you Novant Health for being so good to my son.

  I haven’t seen the doctor yet. This review is for the young lady checking in patients. My experience was not good. She turned me away before I could even share what was wrong with me. I drove a good ways for the appointment and she argued with me about my condition not being treatable at this location. I was furious as I had to reschedule an hour later. My primary doctor referred me. I asked her if she read my xray. Of course not because she wasn’t qualified to make that decision. She was argumentative and not empathetic, nor did she have a good bedside manner to be handling patients.
