  I am horrified with the actions of the ICU nurses. We were reassured by the nurses multiple times that our family member was improving and not dying. Come to find out today, the doctor mentioned that when she first came in, he expected she would not survive longer than 2 weeks. This information was withheld from the family and we were given a cruel false hope and denied the opportunity to say goodbye. Had we known she wasn’t improving as the nurses said, we could have been there to say goodbye. I’m not if this is malpractice or not, but this is horrible and seems to go against the hypocritical oath.

  If I were to give any feedback to people deciding on Novant to help them with their medical issues i would tell them to go in a totally different direction. If you want your life ruined then go to Novant. I saw Dr.Snow Brenner Daws with Novant Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and she has turned my life into a living nightmare and I wish I had never seen her face nor gone with Novant. When I tried to tell office managers I was blown off. The lawyers and Medical Board will be doing work to get into this matter since the people that are supposed to take care of their patients turn a blind eye!

  The entire emergency room staff is top notch, friendly caring and just wonderful. I came 45 minutes away to come here because of the staff

  dr mcguire is a joke, he is dangerous to have around patients, he will insult and belittle you then send you home without any care or worry. i contacted the hospital multiple times and was told i received acceptable care and i would still need to pay the bill, because they investigated themselves and found that they were not at fault. the lack of care or empathy from this hospital is sickening i could have died and they wouldnt have cared

  Novant feels like family. The line disappears between expertise and personal care! Mine was a life or death situation and Novant experts, at all levels, made me feel a level of confidence and comfort and that I cannot buy. Novant will always be my choice for Healthcare.
