  Cute place and clinic. Totally aligned to the audience (babies and kids). I really was surprised to see a decoration properly to deal with kids starting on the waiting room. Also the customer service so far was great and super kind.

  I’ve been to other pediatricians and Forsyth pediatrics is the best hands down! They treat parents respectfully and children with kindness.

  My daughter had extreme tonsil pains and Dr Heather would not listen to my daughter that she needed a liquid to severe tonsil pain and the dr refuse to listen to her and prescribe her a pill instead of a liquid antibiotic. My daughter had difficulty in swallowing the pill due to her tonsil was swollen severe. Since Heather refuse to listen to me and my child, I had to ask for a different doctor there and they saw that my daughter tonsils was severe and prescribe her the antibiotics liquid medicine that she needed. I had to end up calling Novant Patient Care Advocate so that no other parent should go through something like this again! Heather does not listen to her patient and enjoy seeing patient suffer in pain! Beware!

  I love my child's provider, Jamila Palmer. She connected really well with my kid and advocates for her. We never feel neglected like we did with her previous pediatrician at Thomasville. This was definitely an upgrade. Her RN is amazing as well. The staff at NHFPK are always friendly with us and very helpful.
