  It’s always a pleasure seeing Jennifer and the staff. I’ve been a patient of Jennifer Keiger, NP for years and will follow her any where! She gives remarkable care to her patients and takes the necessary time needed, never feeling rushed!

  For the past 20 years, I have dealt with debilitating medical issues that have prevented me from living a normal life. Many of my symptoms are related to my menstrual cycle. Over the years I have seen more than a dozen doctors, and most have dismissed my concerns or minimized what I was experiencing. Taking birth control continuously helps to prevent my symptoms from becoming so severe that I feel suicidal during my cycles, but my condition is still far from well controlled. When I first started seeing Gaelyn at this clinic, she seemed sympathetic and did schedule an ultrasound of my uterus. I had the ultrasound today and was told it looks like I have adenomyosis. For a brief moment I felt hopeful that I might finally have an explanation and a path toward treatment. However, that hope quickly disappeared when Gaelyn told me that confirmatory testing and treatment are only pursued for patients who have children. I have never been healthy enough to have children, so hearing that was incredibly discouraging. It was also confusing and upsetting to go through diagnostic testing only to be told nothing further would be done regardless of the results. It is deeply concerning to feel treatment will be withheld because of circumstances that are also tied to longstanding medical issues. I also noticed the provider documented details of a sensitive personal issue that are not accurate. Accurate documentation is important, especially when it involves information related to trauma, and this was concerning. I do want to mention the ultrasound technician who performed the imaging was very kind and professional.

  Takes forever to speak to someone actually at the office. Why do I have to be hold listening to music for 45- 1 hr before I get a rep that then tells me the nurse will call me back later that day???? The whole point of calling is to speak to someone. Even the most simple task of making an appointment takes a wait on hold of no less then 30 mins. Ridiculous! The team hear is too passive and don’t have a sense of urgency to save their lives. I’m switching DRs for that very reason.
