  Let's keep it real. No one really LIKES to have to go to some place like this. However, these providers, specifically, Dr Richard Huettemann, made it the most comfortable visit it could possibly be. The place is BRAND new. The staff are accommodating, genuinely caring, and SO professional. I would have given 10 stars if I could have. Absolutely brilliant.

  This is the first time I've been in a Novant facility in nearly 10 years. I called yesterday seeking a second opinion and got an appointment for today. Casey (spelling?), who I spoke with on the phone was fantastic to deal with, you can easily hear her smile and warmth. She and the other very warm and friendly lady at the front desk made checking in a breeze. Brittany, the nurse was welcoming and efficient Dr. Huettemann walked into the room well prepared and on point. He was friendly and well prepared for my appointment. He easily shared information with me in terms I could understand. He even invited me back if I needed more information or if I needed care. This was an excellent appointment with extraordinary medical professionals.
