  I have received great care at Aligned! I am noticing a reduction in pain and postural patterns are improving, the curvature of my cervical spine feels healthier. I am pleased with my decision to join Aligned and try out their spinal decompression service and Chiropractic care, I look forward to continuing care here.

  I have had back pain radiating down sciatica for several years. Nothing has eliminated it. Injections did not help, meds only helped mask the pain some. I was skeptical about this decompression. But I am giving it a try. Have been coming here for stretching for a month 2 times a week. It appears to be helping. This past weekend I went hiking to water falls. Something I love and haven't been able to do for a long time. Didn't scale mountains, just easy hikes on trails and shorter distances. Still , that is an accomplishment for me.

  Well, this is my second post sine starting treatment for the neuropathy I was experiencing. And I admit I was skeptical that there was any help for my condition. But when I went for my 90 day follow-up and could feel some of the tests that Dr. Josh did (and in the beginning I felt nothing) I was amazed. He printed out for me the comparison from both visits and the improvement was nothing short of awesome. My right foot had improved 250%. It had started with 92% loss of feeling. I've been following the treatment plan and (trying) to stick to the eating plan, I have lost several pounds, and most of all I have a moderate degree of feeling back in both my feet. I have some stretching and balance exercises to do, and my balance and ability to walk are improving rapidly. Sorry, but I still don't like avocados. I will admit that the time commitment to thee therapy at home has been a bit of a challenge. But I determined in the beginning to give it all the time it required-because I wasn't willing to give up my feet!! And my whole self enjoys the warm stimulating foot bath with the Rebuider. I am totally looking forward to my 180 day visit. The people in the office are wonderful to deal with, and I can't encourage enough anyone who is dealing with the symptoms of neuropathy to contact them.

  I have been going through this process for a month. I feel the improvement. The staff is professional and very friendly. I am always greeted with a smile.
