- THTonya Hall-CaldwellMar 19, 20265.0I have been a patient of Aligned for many years. I was with Dr. Jessica & Dr. Joshua Katz when the practice was Physical Medicine of the Carolinas. The atmosphere is nice and the office is always clean. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. Taylor is fantastic with her bright personality. Dr. Adams is wonderful with my adjustments and comedy relief. Lisa, Maria, and Alaina have always shown me kindness over the years. I always feel as though I matter as a patient because the staff is so welcoming and willing to assist in matters brought to their attention. My body feels better after each adjustment . I look forward to the visits so I can feel my best and move without so much pain. I am thankful to have found the practice. I am also thankful that I can afford my weekly visits. I hope all of the staff continues to bring smiles, compassion, concern, and great customer service to all of their patients. They deserve 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

They're the only doctor's office I've ever been to and felt both truly cared for as well as appreciated. Everyone always has a great, positive attitude and does their best to provide expedient service. The entire process has been awesome; they explain everything in detail and really treat you like a human being, not just another patient. I've had a lot of pain in my life, the I'm so glad to have found a place that's finally addressing it and helping me move past it (and not by prescribing a bunch of meds, but with real work). Thank you for all the work your team does for my husband and myself. We love y'all!
