Gym is ok at best. Seems to be declining as the lower weight dumbbells are always missing, but that’s mainly on the clients that don’t put them back or re-rack their weights which irks me! My other issue is the other clients that are blatantly filming themselves when you are not supposed to. They even have tripods setup and employees are talking to them when they should be telling them they’re not allowing to be filming themselves.

If I was writing this review a year ago I'd give the place 4 stars. But now it's a 1. Avoid Personal Training. It's a lottery on if you're going to be paired with someone that cares about their job or not.
Last year my personal trainer was decent, his name was Coby, he said he'd update my solo routine every 2-3 months, that never happened. But when we had our 1 on 1 training sessions he was engaged and always answered any questions I had. Thus the (previous) 4 star rating would've been fair.
However, September 2025 I decided to sign up again and they gave me a new trainer, his name is Max. Him and I agreed to meet for the first time on a specific day and time... And he doesn't show up. I receive a phone call right at our scheduled time and he's not saying he's running a few minutes late, no, instead he's saying "something came up and can't make it." He then suggests to do our personal training over the phone. This service is not cheap. And the fact that this is the very first personal training with this new person is absurd. I of course refused and just left the gym; I may as well go watch a YouTube video on how to workout.
But that's not the worst part. Most people after receiving that lousy service would understandably want to quit their training and demand a refund. After emailing their team that handles this (Peak Payment) I was told I'm not eligible for a refund and I'm stuck paying for this pathetic service for an entire year.
The gym itself is decent. But never sign up for personal training. Until there's better quality control on them it's not worth the gamble on who you get.

I’ve been going to this gym for many years and I can say it’s great. From the staff being so welcoming to all of the members and friends i’ve made while going here. Every time I come in I always see the manager Gabriel near the front greeting people when they enter or walking around, introducing himself to everybody. Overall great gym and great people.
