I explained I was fine paying it and only wanted to stop future charges, but they still refused. After I paid the balance, they told me I would still be charged again for “not giving 30-day notice,” even though my contract was already completed and I was on a month-to-month plan. Very frustrating and unprofessional process. I do not recommend
