  Would NOT recommend Dr Kay’s if you’re getting abdominoplasty or Tummy Tuck. Very unpleased with the outcome of my surgery. My hips are wider and my stomach bulge from the pull of my lower abdomen without proper liposuction and relocation of belly button. After expressing my concern, the answer was “while in surgery it looks different laying down on the table than standing up”. And the quote for a revision would be $8000. After getting several other doctors opinion, they expressed that he was inexperienced in that area and should have taken a better approach. I personally would not have been offended if he said he doesn’t fell comfortable proceeding with this type of surgery. Now I’m unhappy, out of $12,000 and wider hips and bulging stomach. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND

  I have had a previous surgery at Wilmington Plastuc Surgery and it was amazing. Unfortunately, 13 years later, I need to do it again. Let me preface to say the staff is very nice and this 3 stat review is not meant to take away from these ladies. Its to warn you that despite being told things, its not documented. When I 1st scheduled the appointment in August, I filled out paperwork to include my insurance information. Sadly, I had to reschedule my August appointment due to my fathers death. The next available was Nov. Despite my mother being in the ER and I with her literally all night, I didnt want to lose this appointment. I arrived to the appointment and started filling out paperwork only to be told they do not take my insurance. HUGE waste of time.

  I had the Perfect Derma Peel done by Sarah. She is knowledgeable and answered many of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable before and during the process. I highly recommend her for any of Aesthetic service by her.

  Honestly, hands down the most stress-free, greatest experience ever. After losing 150 LBs and having a baby I went in for a consultation — and was instantly sold by the amazing staff alone. Dr. Kays, Tiffany, & Allison made me comfortable from start to finish. They answered all my questions and were so incredibly helpful. Because of them I never second guessed if I was making the right decision — and my results only confirmed it. Sandra at the front desk is always the sweetest and quickly helped me with all my scheduling and payments. The “Mommy Make Over” gave me more than the figure I always wanted, but the confidence boost I never knew I needed. Cannot thank this group enough 🧡

  Wilmington Plastic Surgery is a top notch organization. I would HIGHLY recommend the team of Dr. Morgan, Robin, Laura, and Susan! As a breast cancer survivor going through breast reconstruction, I can say that I am overwhelmed with the amount of happiness that I have with my results. Breast cancer takes so much from you and this team has given me back so much! Dr. Morgan is a fabulous doctor and his care, compassion, and strive for excellence are unmatched. I knew in the first 2 seconds of our consultation that he would be my surgeon. Robin and Laura are also top notch and are so helpful with everything. Susan is a gem with all the scheduling aspects. If you are looking for a doctor, this is the team for you!
