  My first experience was on March 6,2026 what I thought was a problem visit appointment apparently turned into the visit being switched to new patient appointment without anyone a check-in making me aware. After waiting an extra amount of time I was called to the and that when the tech who was getting some x-rays informed me my appointment was scheduled as new patient appointment, but I could address my concerns about my pain on left side upper right tooth. The provider who came did not introduce himself just said “ I am just lay you back and immediately I stop and said I am sorry who are you my name is Tanya than he introduced himself. Right there that was a concern for me. After the dentist examined my mouth along was the tooth pain that I was having he immediately said that tooth looks good. Well after that visit I was not happy because my tooth was still in pain and no concerns I feel was addressed. That provider I don’t wish to see that provider again because obviously I did have something going on my left tooth it had to be removed today. I called this morning back to the office due to left side upper face swollen and pain I was offered to be seen by another provider and her and the assistant took very good care of I gave the service today 03/17/26 a ten plus. Patient care is very important from the you walk in to check in until you exit the office. Today’s staff and provider showed that and I got some relief and I am truely thankful.

  I love this team. I had dentist trauma before i came here and went through braces and an impacted canine. Never want to leave, even if i move i want to steal Steven Smith and Matthia. They are so sweet and good at what they do!!!
