  I was having a hard time adjusting to my new glasses and Jessica solved my problem within minutes. She was amazing and so patient with me. Thank you so much. All the girls here really are amazing!

  It's really hard to find real optometrists and being connected to lane optometry with five or six real optometrists, not telehealth is awesome. I got a pair of glasses and sunglasses progressive bifocals no line. The very next day, less than 24 hours my sunglasses were ready. Very happy with the service all the way around, from the exam to the fitting to the ease of access picking them up. I highly recommend laying optometry and eyemart Express in Jacksonville NC.

  I had a wonderful experience at Eye Mart. Our sales person Miss Jessica was amazing. I have a child with special needs, and they were very accommodating to my child and made the process as quick and as easy as possible for him. Jessica was fabulous with my son. Overall, it was the best experience I’ve ever had in an eyeglass store. Customer service was amazing.

  The older gentleman was great! He explained what my insurance would cover and helped me take full advantage of my coverage. Great customer service and both sets of glasses were done within an hour.

  This was the quickest process of getting glasses EVER! My son was very indecisive on what glasses he wanted but they let him take his time and didn’t hassle us into picking anything expensive. They actually helped us find the best deal. We were told the glasses would be done in an hour so we went to Sam’s. They were done in less than 30 mins!
