After going to a competitor and waiting over 2 wks to be told itd be another MONTH fir my glasses I asked for a refund. (that Im still waiting on a week later.) I decided to drive the 35/40 min to Eyemart Express in Jacksonville. I am so glad I did. Waited on quickly with no appointment for my glasses. Giselle ( hope I got her name right) was very pleasant, easy to deal with, and extremely helpful with creative fun ideas for my glasses and lenses. She assured me the girl in the back who actually does the lenses is very talented, and loves when an opportunity comes up to use it. ( i regret i cant remember her name..maybe Amy? not sure) So, I told her to have at it! She told me if I didnt like the finished tint I would not be stuck with it. I absolutely love it! My prescription is on point. And I only had to wait less than 24 hrs for my new glasses. They accepted my insurance, my out of pocket was 100$ less than the other place for nicer glasses. I will be going back to get a couple spares made with my old frames out of pocket since they are inexpensive. Id give 10 stars if I could!!
