  Nancy James is a wonderful and caring doctor. The clinic is very nice and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I am thankful and grateful I found this Clinic.

  I saw Dr Murray a few years ago she was amazing! The care I refined was truly the best! I changed insurance and had to leave Novant. As a nurse for 30 years I’m sad to say I busted the practice 2 weeks ago on a Friday asked if Dr Murray had an opening , someone told me I’d be considered a new patient because of the time frame of not seeing her. However she would ask the promise and call me back. 7 days later 5 work days later I’d not heard back- I called and asked if I could have someone call me and explained I was there and someone took the message and I’d not heard back- she informed me it was the supervisor and she would have her call me. I gently said can you please have someone else to call me because If a supervisor took my message and had not called me back she sure will not call me back. I later received a call from the nurse informing me I’d be a new Pt and Dr Murray isn’t taking new patients she also said based on your call and tone with the from we are suspending you from our practice I was floored! Mind you calls are recorded. I called back asked to speak to a manager I spoke to Hollis the administrator informed if all of this which she already had been informed I asked her to pull the call and examine and please let me know what caused the practice to suspend me. I’ve yet to receive a call. I did receive a notice of a certified letter from movant sure it’s from the office I wasn’t home to get it. I called LM no one has called me. As a nurse I get yelled at cursed at and spoken to condescending and rude to we would never suspend them unless this transpired again. I did nothing wrong I did not yell curse or scream I simply said if your supervisor has not called on 5 days she will most likely not call. I pleaded to listen to the message. I’m extremely taken by this action and behavior More dissatisfied and disappointed in this practice! So so sad!

  As someone who works in the medical field myself. I have to say Dr. Murray is the BEST doctor I have ever had and my children. She listens to your concerns and takes care of everything. She is kind, smart and cool. My teenagers love her. I would suggest her to everyone. Thank you, Dr. Murray and your amazing staff.
