Immediately I was offended as I had brought a backpack containing an extra pair of shoes as the instructions on my confirmation email had requested. Additionally the backpack that I had brought in was black, and everyone knows DoorDash has red bags with the logo on them smh I was extremely disappointed in the brand and the lack of customer service. Needless to say I did not buy from the store and would not recommend that you do so either!

I would recommend this to anyone that’s having trouble with their knees and feet. I was treated with good care there and they took time to explain everything to me. Everything was just awesome.

But still, if the advertisements were true - and the pain would be gone, it would be worth it. It was not. In fact, OTHER pains started showing up and the original pains were NOT alleviated, but rather became worse. The product is not at all what we thought it would be and at this point I consider it a total waste of our money. So so disappointed.
