  I thought I would wait until the holidays passed to give the office a chance to follow up with me after leaving a messge requesting a supervisor or manager call me back. But here we are, 1/7/2026 and so no call back. I've rated the office a 2 and not a 1 because the front office staff is always welcoming and my visit with the doctor was okay. I went to the office mid December for some issues I was have having. Testing was done and it was explained they would send if off. A week later I checked in because I hadn't received any results and was told, "it can take a while, we will contact you when the results come in." Something told me next day to contact the lab myself. Come to find out my name didn't exist in their system at all! I immediately contacted the office and was told they would check into it and call me back. I never got a call back. The next day I contacted the office again. They proceeded to tell me my labs were misplaced and if I was still having issues to resume the OTC medicine I was taking for relief. Oh they also offered, IF I wanted to they could do the labs again. I say all of this to say, not only did the office LOSE my labs, they dismissed me as a patient who came to them with genuine issues. Not a single person has contacted me to take accountability or even apologize to me for the incident occurring. If they treated me like this, how many others are there that aren't speaking up.

  A caring staff from front desk to nurse and doctor. My diagnosis was carefully explained and I was given options as to how I wanted to be treated.
