  Unfortunately, I had a sleep test and consult. A CPAP machine was prescribed. I was to get a call within 2 weeks about actually getting the machine. No call so I started calling to let them know that I still needed my machine. LONG waits on lines only to repeatedly get VMs that are FULL. Called back and told them that the line they were transferring me to was full of VMs. Kept transferring me to a line were the VM was full. I have tried every other possible way I can think of to get ahold of them. I will have to physically go in in person and not expecting much help that way either.

  A ridiculous amount of time to wait for an appointment. Like 3 months. For only 15 mins of time to spend answering a check list of questions. There is no reason this process couldn’t be sped up

  This review is not for the providers. The nurse and Dr. Hahn were great, but if I had read the reviews beforehand, I would have chosen another location. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience to what others have mentioned about the front desk staff. The woman at the desk didn’t greet me and was short and curt with her questions. It was an unpleasant first impression, but I answered her questions and sat down as instructed. As I was walking to my seat, I overheard her speaking loudly to another employee in a frustrated tone, complaining that patients “always” give her attitude about insurance cards and how she doesn’t understand why. I found this confusing because I hadn’t been rude or difficult at all. To clarify, I went back to the desk and asked if she was referring to me — she avoided eye contact and said no. I asked if she was okay or just having a rough day, and she said she was fine, so I went back to sit and wait for the nurse. The whole interaction was unprofessional. When you’re the first point of contact for patients, basic courtesy and respect should be the standard and go a long way. It’s disappointing to see that this seems to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this location and won’t be returning.

  I can’t rate this place lower than a 1 or I would. New patients have a 3 month wait so I booked 3 months out to December 31. The day of my appointment I got a call from an unknown number 2 hours before my appointment that did not leave a message. When I arrived I was told that the tech took the day off and I got a message stating that. I showed my phone to the receptionist that there was no message. She looked at me with a smug look and honestly could give a crap.. it was MY problem. So I asked what can we do and was told new patients had a three month wait and was offered an appointment in March. These people do not care about their patients at all. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!
