  Sadly this location was bought out by PT Solutions. This has made the MyChart app defunct & the app unusable, cannot reach anyone at number provided & no one has followed up on voicemails and emails left. OC was a great place before - I had a positive experience, but this change has been a headache so I will be going elsewhere.

  Great PT with Pam Z. and Raymond! She oversees my treatment and helps make the hard work fun. Raymond is also pleasant to work with. Thorough treatment. Some of the best PT I've ever had.

  I’ve been going for physical therapy here for a few weeks. The PTs are great, the facility is clean and well-organized.

  I don’t understand how anyone can not achieve their goals here. Between my back, 2 foot reconstructions and knee issues they have always been able to help me. Everyone there is great, but Pam, Ray, Jo and Tammy (dry needling) are the best!
