  All of the staff are very friendly and really want to help you get better. Nice facility, plenty of parking. Scheduling can be a pain due to staffing but that is not an issue unique to this location. They have a short notice list to try to help you get earlier appointments if they become available.

  Make sure you get your bill. They told me $150 for 1st visit, and $75 thereafter, and was 3 months before they filed insurance to learn the visits were over $200. They said that was my co-pay had I met my deductible, but it was never explained like that. 45 minute visit to justify the charge, but it was a great deal of talking "to get me relaxed", and the therapy could have been completed in 15 minutes. I cancelled all future appts.

  My mom was in severe pain, her lower back and her knee, she was skeptic about the physiotherapy benefits, she did it before twice 12 sessions each. But we found our heroes in Huntersville Novant Health Rehab Center, starting from the reception personnel going in, so friendly, so patient, the epitome of professionalism, and so so persistent that she reaches the goal of each of her sessions, these people are a blessing! Specially Eric! Thank you so much Eric, you are truly appreciated, you are in our prayers, be blessed all of you Huntersville Novant Health Rehab. Center!
