  Very frustrating experience. Need to schedule an MRI, but they sent the order to the wrong clinic. And then they sent the order to another clinic, but for some reason canceled the order. Cannot get in touch with anyone to help fix the issue and was given numbers to call that had been disconnected. The issue still has not been addressed or fixed, so I suppose I will have to start the process all over again with another clinic that's not Novant Health Ortho.
