  Wait time was very brief, and the xray technician was very through. Dr was extremely helpful with my knee pain from accident.

  This location is the best, I'm greeted with care, smiles and concerns. I feel confident every time I go for an office visit. I received gel injections with gentle care and ease. The Doctors and PA's explained in details on my options for my upcoming knees surgery and they take the time to listen and we come up with a detailed plan that works best for me. I'am so happy I was referred to this Novant office.

  Absolutely awful. This office over billed me for services that were never provided, and trumped up the billing codes to maximize the revenue to them. I called the atrium billing department to dispute these charges 5 times and then later called this office 3 times, and no one ever did anything. I am reporting to the BBB. it should be illegal for businesses to misappropriate in this way. Steer clear. UPDATE: Followed the instructions from the respondent below and they still did nothing. What a joke. Customer service is as bad as their billing department and doctors which don’t code your visits correctly.
