  I have been trying to get in contact with the office for weeks. I was always put on hold and when I left a message it was never returned.

  it took me 4 months to finally get in contact with someone at the office to make an appointment. I had an appointment today at 4. i showed up at 3:40 and had all my pre-visit questions complete last night. i sat in the waiting room for 45mins before i was taken back. each person that checked in after me for 4:15 & 4:30 appointments were taken back with 15mins of checking in. not one person apologized to me for waiting, instead Dr. Robles blamed 77 and other patients for being late. That does NOT excuse a patient waiting for 45mins. if i was ever late i would’ve been penalized in some way. now during the appointment (which lasted about 10mins because they wanted me out before they closed @5pm) Dr. Robles constantly interrupted me when i was trying to answer questions HE asked me. I have been going to this office since 2020, not once did i have an issue when i saw a different doctor there. I will be finding a new doctor. very disappointing and unprofessional.
