  If being admitted, go to a different hospital. My husband was admitted due to a severe infection and was so poorly handled it made things extremely worse. From being ignored for hours to being denied being able to see an actual Doctor, we will never feel safe going back to this hospital. They mismanaged his care which resulted in a whole day of no medication, the infection worsened and he was sent to surgery. Dr Okeiyi was his supposed Doctor. I made countless calls to him, his office and requested from nurses as well and was never returned a call or told he would see us. He came in before we were leaving for about 2 minutes, didn’t even look at the wound. I was appalled by the lack of care we received and worry for anyone who is a patient at this hospital. Please learn from us and go elsewhere.

  There were check and reverifications at every stage which was very reassuring as hallmarks of high quality control. Great job! Highly recommend this facility.

  I had a great experience at this location from the receptionist to the young man that wheeled me the car. Everyone was friendly and caring. Thank you all!

  Dr Malik and his team were amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone if they needed it. Its only been a day since my operation and I feel great.

  Visted the ER and then over night care for 3 nights. Most the people were nice but the service was terrible. In the ER, no compassion for what people are going through. ER nurses sat and ate food the entire 5 hours at thier computers. Gave wrong information about the hospitals capabilities for testing ekg. Then after discharged, the called in all the medication to an completely wrong pharmacy across charlotte. Told us it was switched but it never was. Very Fustrating..
