  Do not schedule an appointment with Dr Shailee Jain if you need help with prediabetes. The website says she helps with that. Today I had an appt, thanks to a referral from my GP, and Dr Jain walked in and said she doesn't help with prediabetes. I got my copay refunded and left, but unfortunately wasted my PTO going to this appt to meet with her.

  Yousuf Khan Sir is great doc. Highly recommended!! He is awesome I had many questions he listened patiently and answered all of them 🙏🏻. I felt better after this appointment.thank you so much sir.😊🙏🏻

  My wife & son recently went to my son's first appointment with Dr. Khan. Our family had a high expectations considering we have heard wonderful this regarding this physican. However that is exactly the opposite of what we experienced. Doctor disregarding the majority of our questions, wanted to argue about what our son is allergic to. He was very pushy about we had to change insulins, but couldn't explain why he felt the other was better or give any clue as to how or if any other patients have done with the different insulin. He argued with the fact our pump was not functioning correctly etc... Our son about blew his top, doctor got an attitude because pump was having issues. Our experience with this endo has been awful. Doctor refused to address issues we had with pump (which is fairly new, & we are still learning how to make adjustments to it w/o wiping setting out etc) none of our concerns/questions were addressed with doctor. Doctor had an attitude about the questions we had about the many changes he expected a very sensitive diabetic to make. Receptionist was great, in attempting to get us info for another pump rep in area, she & nurse were texting the rep before left the office. Due to pump & sensor issues my son's blood sugar was over 600, buy Dr didn't act as if he felt their was any issues, because we questioned him on the changes he was demanding... Our impression is this is not a doctor who wants to work with patients but be a dictator. He doesn't seem to get each patient is different. We were highly disappointed & would not recommend him as a physician in general, let alone an endo. Office staff however was sweet & kind. Even if the rep they txt still hasn't called us.
