    Tay, Lydia, and Clevetta have been outstanding caregivers. They consistently bring a positive attitude, treat our family member with genuine compassion and respect, and are dependable in a way that gives us real peace of mind. I’m very grateful for the support they provide. We’ve had some challenges with staffing consistency at times, but the staffing and care coordination teams have been diligent in handling scheduling issues and maintaining strong communication.
