He was calm, friendly, focused, skillful at explaining, numbing, extracting and removing infected area below the tooth. His follow up advice to save my other teeth from same fate was earnest, no lecture, no pressure! Office and support staff beautiful! Plus! King Charles support dogs are sweet, soft, darlings to love on if you want to!

He is very personable and explains in detail what needs to be done, but most of all I find him to be honest and sincere. His staff is great and they make you feel right at home. I was especially impressed with his assistant Alexis. I thought she was very good. If your looking for a dental practice in the greater charlotte area, you really can't do any better than Dr. Jim and his group.

He has all the latest technology and lots of experience to create perfect crowns. His staff are so friendly and the practice has two therapy King Charles spaniels (Jimmy & Charlie) who are so gentle and endearing. And they are accepting new patients. Check them out!
