But every time I went I met with a different medical provider who didn’t know or care to view my history. I found myself answering the same questions week after week after week. What exercises are you doing? I’m unable to do any exercises because I’m still recovering from a major spinal surgery and my knee has to be replaced again. Next week, are you getting your exercises in? This has gone on for over 6 months. EXHAUSTING!! I go a few weeks and I pay. Then I’m told I don’t owe anything for the visit. The next week they say I have a balance. A balance? How? Then it’s no you have a $100+ credit on the account. For weeks I didn’t owe and then today I have balance. Not consistent or accurate several times in such a short span of time. Why do I owe today you ask? Well because I got sick last week and called the day before my appointment to cancel. So you prefer me to come in the office sick? No we don’t want that. But you’re still charging me $39 because I missed an appointment? Yes. Help me understand somebody. Make it make sense. There are a couple of people there that I really like and the others are, well, useless!
