  I was referred to Ms Kinard, at the Novant Health Rehabilitation Center at Holy Spring, to treat an episode I had with sciatica nerve pain. My treatment with her was very effective. I immediately felt a positive impact on my daily routine. To my surprise I exercised muscles I was not aware I had. Ms Kinard’s knowledge of the muscle structures of the body is impressive, as is her knowhow on ways to respond to all my health-related concerns. She has access to a plethora of exercises to address every condition one may have. Be it problems with balance, standing from a chair, or simply walking up and down stairs. But she is also serene, detail oriented, patient, sensitive, caring, and above all concerned with the welfare of her patients. She is very professional in how she approaches one’s care. I always looked forward to our therapy sessions since I knew I would leave her office with a kick in my steps and an optimistic outlook towards the future. I highly recommend Ms Kinard to anyone who needs physical therapy. Carlos R. Delgado
