    Pure Barre Holly Springs has a non-competitive, comfortable and caring atmosphere. The instructors and staff actually take the time to get to know their clients and help assist them the best they can. While fast paced and high energy, each class gives a challenging, yet rewarding experience that I look forward to each week!

    Joined Pure Barre 1.5 yrs ago. It is a great complement to my yoga practice. It provides low impact cardio as well as toning. All of the instructors are skilled and the class offerings are consistently good. Unlike other boutique fitness studios, you can actually get in the classes you're paying for! The owners do a great job ensuring that there are enough classes for the demand. The studio is very well managed and I always look forward to my classes.

    What DO I like? I think she shorter answer would be what DON'T I like. But I'll follow instructions. I joined PB after recovering from abdominal surgery and a year of being unable to exercise. I was very weak and I knew I needed to get stronger for multiple reasons besides it's good for you. Location: I live about 25min away, but the location is in a spot that I pass pretty frequently, so it's easy to pop in then carry on with errands or continue to work. Instructors: all of the instructors are great, Erin, Emily, Kyle, Kelsey, Sammy, Cheryl, Ashleigh and others I can't remember, are great at keeping an eye on everyone to help with best form, adjustments and encouragement. Vibe: everyone is friendly and welcoming which is nice when you're naturally a shy person Communication: I like that they always go over the months changes at the end of class to keep everyone in the loop, if a class changes types they will text and let me know, if I have a question about billing, retail or the AP I can always ask.

    Pure Barre has been a total game changer for me! The workouts are challenging (in the best way). The instructors are so encouraging and knowledgeable—they offer great form corrections and always bring the best energy. The studio is welcoming, and full of positive vibes. I’ve noticed myself getting stronger, more toned, and even more confident since I started. Whether you're a beginner or a longtime barre lover, this place makes you feel supported and empowered. Highly recommend!
