    For the very first time in about 3 years, I was made to feel very unwelcome at this pharmacy. I don't understand the sudden change in attitude. I made the permanent switch from walgreens because I was made to feel comfortable and like a human being. Today was extremely different. Terri made sure to be extremely loud and more or less shouted something that made me as a patient/customer completely uncomfortable and embarrassed honestly. I didn't deserve that BS and have never been anything but respectful. For the record Terri, if there was an issue with how I've done the exact same thing for years now, then it could've been handled in a much different and more private manner. If you all are just going to be hateful and rude to patients/customers then there's no point in even keeping business there. I'm still 100% confused, in shock, and embarrassed. Do better!

    I have been here multiple times, mostly for the ice cream! I will definitely come back whenever I run out of ice cream! lol

    Maybe I was spoiled at the NW Cary location but this pharmacy didn’t want to check another locations system for my prescription, told me I’d have to come back and they would “try” to access it after I confirmed it was sent to another one. Even though I had a screaming newborn and another kiddo with me and clearly didn’t want to return mid pandemic when she could just transfer it over. They then told me they can’t do curbside although the website states they do. The Fuquay location and one in park side town commons are much friendlier and more helpful. I am super irritated with this one. Go somewhere with drive up it’s more convenient
