  Such an amazing yoga studio! From the moment I walked in, I felt safe, seen, and genuinely supported. The environment is so welcoming and peaceful, and the instructors are absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping you grow in your practice. This place has such a positive energy, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and uplifting yoga community!

  I just joined the studio with their new student discount and everyone is so nice. The instructors are great and I love the variety of classes. I’m excited to grow in my practice with this studio!

  HPS has been wonderful to take classes at. It is affordable and the community there is so wonderful. Everyone is so welcoming and the classes are a lot of fun to be apart of. Can’t wait for my next class!

  Stacey has created such a beautiful space for the community to gather and reset. Now more than ever, there is a class that will appeal to everyone. I would encourage anyone from the Triad to check out the studio. Add it to your list to do something nice for yourself!
