    Pure Barre has been an absolute game-changer for me! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel supported and motivated—they genuinely want to see you succeed and are always encouraging you to push through each class. Their kindness and attentiveness make such a difference, especially on the days when you need that extra boost. The workouts themselves are incredibly effective full-body sessions. In just a short time, I’ve noticed real results with losing weight, toning up, and sculpting my body. Each class leaves me feeling stronger, more confident, and accomplished. What I love most, though, is the community. The studio has the perfect size—it feels close-knit and welcoming, never overwhelming. The camaraderie among members is inspiring, and it truly feels like you’re part of something bigger. It’s not just a workout; it’s a space where you’re encouraged, challenged, and celebrated every step of the way. If you’re looking for a place that will push you physically while surrounding you with positivity and support, Pure Barre is the place to be!

    From the moment I walked in the door I fell in love with Pure Barre. It’s not your typical gym atmosphere. It’s bright, modern and clean. Mindy was the instructor on my first visit and she really did a wonderful job of explaining each movement and made me feel at ease by sharing her own personal story of her first barre classes in that it was okay if you couldn’t do everything perfectly. She encourages you to push yourself while also giving suggestions for modifications. I have never liked working out but I really loved my intro class and how the outside world just faded away for 50 minutes while music filled the air I learned lift, tuck, tone and burn. I am a visual learner and I really like Mindy’s classes because she demonstrates the movements with the class. I’m so glad I joined and I’ve had the opportunity to to take classes with Courtney and Heather. Everyone is so nice and welcoming here. The studio has some retail items and I am hoping that they will get even more pure barre branded merchandise soon. Joining pure barre was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I look forward to going as many days a week as I can and I even set my alarm to get up on the weekends to go to the morning classes.

    I highly recommend Pure Barre High Point! The instructors and staff and super friendly and helpful. Pure Barre is an amazing 50 minute workout and stress reliever for me. The small class sizes allow for more personal instruction to make sure you are using the proper techniques and preventing injury. I love the high energy music and fast paced full body workout.
