- NNNathan4 days ago4.0I like the updates but losing the hammer lat machines was a mistake. I like the hip thrust machine but I’d get rid of some of the cable driven stuff and bring back those lat machines.

I only go there when im in a bind and cant make it to my usual gym but, now that they have free weights I will use the eastchester facility a lot more. now if they could get dumbbells to at least 110’s. maybe they are figuring out people dont use planet fitness for the “judgement free” zone crap. they go there because it’s typically 50-60 percent less money per month and they have about probably close to a million dollars in cardio equipment in there.

The upgraded strength training equipment feels smoother, more ergonomic, and gives me way more variety in my workouts. I especially appreciate the addition of plate-loaded options — they give me more control and allow me to push myself a little further each time. It's clear that the team really listened to what members were asking for. The gym layout still feels open and welcoming, even with the added machines, and everything is spotless as always. Big shoutout to the staff for keeping everything organized and helping people get familiar with the new equipment. These upgrades have seriously boosted my motivation to show up consistently. Keep up the great work, PF — the improvements are noticed and appreciated!
