- CMCheryl MooreAug 26, 20251.0I wish I could give zero stars. I arrived for my appointment and was asked for my drivers license and insurance card immediately I was given the hearing test which was very short. She told me I had hearing loss and hearing aides were put in my ears. She warned me when she turned them on it would be very loud and be a robotic sound. It was SO LOUD IT WAS PAINFUL. As we talked it was a normal sound but still much too loud. Eventually it was turned all the way down but was still to loud when we spoke. I was quoted prices and told my insurance wasn't in network but she could probably get me a discount. I asked why I wasn't told they were out of network from the beginning. Not impressed at all. I had a hearing test today at another provider who is in network. The difference in the testing was like night and day. There is no comparison in these two providers. I called 3 weeks ago to get my test results from Miracle Ear for the new provider. I was told they could not email it but would mail it. I remembered I needed it this morning and called Miracle Ear and was told they would EMAIL it to me which they did. I have no confidence in the test I received, the employees, the product they tried to sell me at Miracle Ear. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MIRACLE EAR.
