  I just joined the studio with their new student discount and everyone is so nice. The instructors are great and I love the variety of classes. I’m excited to grow in my practice with this studio!

  HPS has been wonderful to take classes at. It is affordable and the community there is so wonderful. Everyone is so welcoming and the classes are a lot of fun to be apart of. Can’t wait for my next class!

  Stacey has created such a beautiful space for the community to gather and reset. Now more than ever, there is a class that will appeal to everyone. I would encourage anyone from the Triad to check out the studio. Add it to your list to do something nice for yourself!

  HPS is such a friendly and welcoming environment! Every time I walk in, I am greeted with a smile. I am eager to see how much this place grows. I love the wide variety of classes, which is great for all levels of fitness. And the studio itself is beautiful.
