The staff informed me that they attempted to contact me in advance to prevent any inconvenience, but were unable to reach me. Ms. Kimberly Linebeck personally apologized for the situation and took the initiative to provide her direct contact number. She also followed up with a phone call to reschedule my appointment. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism she demonstrated—going the extra mile to ensure quality service.

The Image Med Center of High Point was immaculate, clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared. I even noticed they had my favorite Life Savers Wintergreen mints in the room, which felt like a sweet touch! Vanessa walked me through the entire process with care and clarity. Was it a little uncomfortable? Sure. But painful? Not at all. To top it all off, they gave me a small gift for being a first-timer. It’s those little things that show how much they care.
