The staff informed me that they attempted to contact me in advance to prevent any inconvenience, but were unable to reach me. Ms. Kimberly Linebeck personally apologized for the situation and took the initiative to provide her direct contact number. She also followed up with a phone call to reschedule my appointment. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism she demonstrated—going the extra mile to ensure quality service.
